FRONT ENTRY DESIGN
When designing a front entry to your home, the Yardscapes team looks at a multitude of different elements. When we first meet a client, we enjoy getting to know them and their lifestyle, so that we can make sure the front entry will be designed to meet their needs.
One of the most important elements is designing around the architecture of the home. You want the landscaping to be a wow factor, but not overpower the architecture. Our goal is to make it blend as much as possible. Your front entry is your first impression to people that may not know you and you want them to feel at ease when entering your home.
As much as the aesthetics are important, function is even more important. Ask your self-questions about where your guest will park and is there a functional sidewalk for them to get to your front door? Do you need access from the garage and into the yard? Once we figure out all of the logistic of the functionality of your project, then we can start the creative process of designing it!
Yardscapes’ will design and build front entries using many different elements such as paver driveways, front sidewalks using pavers, natural stone, and stamped concrete. We design and install a variety of plantings, such as perennials, shrubs, and trees to add interest and privacy. Yardscapes pays attention to detail, by adding unique custom features such as, address pillars and custom driveway and front walk gates for security and aesthetics. Lighting is also very important when designing you front entry to light your driveways and sidewalks and to add accents to your house, plus security.
